Se Malajzianoj povas vidi la reklamon de " Bonvenon al Esperanto Kongreso en Vjetnamio" almenaŭ, ili ..os scias tion, kion estas. Kompreneble, partmership kun Penang stato registaro estas pli bona lor. hehehe
