All human being would be very selfsih when come to love. Not only women but also men too. But the fair share of life is being distorted by so called religion to have their own benefits.

DPM’s wife rejects ‘misyar’ marriage
KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has rallied behind the opponents of misyar marriage, a matrimonial pact where the man need not give his wife any material support – like money or clothing – except provide for her sexual needs.
“It is an insult to women,” she said, when opening the 8th Malaysian AIDS Council biennial general meeting at the Dynasty Hotel here yesterday.
Rosmah: ‘We women don’t like to share our men, right?’“We women don’t like to share our men, right?” she asked the audience, who agreed with Rosmah, who is the wife of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The debate on the issue was sparked off by a suggestion by Universiti Malaya lecturer Prof Datuk Dr Mahmud Zuhdi Abdul Majid to recognise such marriages in Malaysia in view of the increasing number of unmarried women in the country.
Dr Mahmud, of the university’s Islamic Studies Academy, said allowing such marriages could go a long way towards reducing incidents of vice in the country.
The practice is not uncommon among the rich in some Arab countries, where wealthy women were not dependent on men to provide them with nafkah zahir (worldly provisions).
Kelantan Mentri Besar Datuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat, who supported the idea, said such a marriage was allowed in Islam on the condition that consent is obtained from the woman who is willing to enter into this matrimonial pact.
Among those who supported the idea were Assoc Prof Kamil Abdul Majid, head of the academy’s dakwah department and Maimunah Omar, chairman of the Terengganu Single Mothers’ Association.
Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil shot down the proposal, saying it could bring about negative implications.
Among others who opposed the idea were state mufti Datuk Wira Rashid Redza Md Salleh (of Malacca), Datuk Ismail Yahya (Terengganu), Datuk Harussani Zakaria (Perak) and Puteri Umno chief Datuk Noraini Ahmad.
