How free is free ?

So Datuk Sharil has to go because of his mouth to say yes. But on the other hand, it is time for us to think how low the quality the MP the we elected.

Now, it is time all the political parties have to consider sending their reps for the election, this not only will tanish the party name but also the country progress to 2020. So Pak Lah, check the reps credentials of the BN before you allow them to sit in the parliement.

Of course, i would like to say Sharif is a GOOD MP. Chanllenge the unchanllengebale Datuk Sahril

PM backs Shahrir抯 proposal
SEPANG: Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi supports the idea of forming a parliamentary select committee to look into drawing up guidelines on an MP's conduct when dealing with members of the civil service.
The Prime Minister, however, said any such guidelines would have to cover all peoples’ representatives, including opposition elected members.
“Generally, it is a good idea and it is something that can be considered. However, we must also look into the problems that can arise from having such guidelines,” he told reporters upon his return from a 10-day working visit to the Caribbean and the United States.
Abdullah, who arrived at the KL International Airport last evening, was greeted by his deputy Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, several Cabinet ministers and scores of well wishers.

He quit after he failed to get enough support to refer an allegation that an MP had interfered in the work of the Customs Department to the Parliament's Rights and Privileges Committee.
Jasin MP Datuk Mohd Said Yusof later admitted he was the one who had approached the department over a consignment of timber that was seized.
Asked if any action would be taken against Mohd Said, the prime minister said: “It is a subject which will be discussed within the party. It is a party issue.”
Abdullah said Shahrir would explain to the Umno Supreme Council today on what had transpired in Parliament which led to his resignation.
“Even though the matter involves the Parliament, I will not prevent Shahrir from explaining to the Supreme Council. It is up to him,” he said.
Asked if the rules would be changed to allow Barisan MPs to support motions moved by the opposition, Abdullah said this was a decision made by the component party.
He said the decision remained and all Barisan MPs must adhere to the principle.
“Najib, who is Chief of Whip, has made the right decision on this matter,” he said, referring to Najib’s decision to accept Shahrir’s resignation.
Abdullah said Shahrir's replacement had not been found yet.
Earlier, Najib said finding the replacement for Shahrir was not a problem because there were many able parliamentarians.
He said as a temporary measure, BBC deputy chairman Datuk Raja Ahmad Zainuddin Raja Omar could occupy the post until a new chairman was appointed.
“We will have to look at the regulations pertaining to the election of a new chairman. I will meet the BBC soon to discuss the matter.
“I am sure there are many parliamentarians who can replace Shahrir and after that, the club can continue to discharge its duties,” Najib told reporters after playing in a charity golf tournament in Petaling Jaya.
