Trim down the staff in the government

Well, now most people are looking forward to the new government, especially those states which are controlled by Barisan Rakyat. However, according to the reports from Bernam, the new Kedah Menteri Besar is strongly on Hudud law. Thus, this cause a little worries for the people there even the muslim friends are thinking of migrating to other states. In short, this might be some 'brain drain' for the state.

It is nice to read that the new Barisan Rakyat is planning a 'clean' government but it is best to trim down the size of the government staff and as well set the promotion scheme right that it may pull back some 'brains' into the state.

During Dr M regime and Pak Lah time, the government staff are increased irrelevent for the shake of the poll. Only maintain the best and give them better pay. Withe use of the technology, more task could be done. This could be experimented too in the field of Education.

By doing so, the people would be more responisible towards their kids education and more independent.

Hope the Barisan Rakyat could be more future 'look' but not harpping in the past issues of religion especially PAS, it should be more outlook in the land of Malaysia.

We all have vision but the vision should be GOOD for all of 214 races in the East and West of Malaysia.

In fact, the East Malaysia BN coalition if swing to Barisan Rakyat team, then the government will not be BN and the dream of Dr M to get Najib to be the PM will not be achieved.

Ya, Najib be the PM , oooo, Dr M is insane and talking nonsense. Who has the right to choose the PM ? Dr M ? Comeon, be sane to talk about Dr M.

There are more important things to be done that to worry about Huddud law. Get your priorities right

There is no need to experiment with education, Malaysia is so far behind the rest of the world that all the experimentation has been done
