Please, spend your time in shopping and not to be a professional here. The more you talk about it, it shows how studpid it goes.
The teaching of the subjects in Malaysia is control by the government , that is the so called Education Ministry and this department was once your husband heading and causing hell of problems now. Allowing the PMR low achiver to go to Tingkatan 4 is also a part of your husband work. But, if he is creative enough, he should set up more skill training centers.
It would be wise to go home and tell your husband to be creative but not causing the problem fro example the Perak issue.
Cannot understand this country, the politicians like to show what they know and actual fact they don;t know. This include Pakatan too. Never take side.

Rosmah: Get creative with English
KUALA LUMPUR: Parents and educators must be more creative when teaching English to children, instead of just depending on books, said Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
She said instead of just relying on classroom lessons, music and performing arts could also be incorporated into the syllabus to draw the children’s attention.
The Deputy Prime Minister’s wife was speaking at a ceremony for the presentation of certificates to teachers of Taska Permata Kemas at the Kampung Sri Batu Kemas Community Centre here yesterday.
A total of 39 Permata Kemas kindergarten teachers have undergone English-language training through the Basic English Language Course Certificate Programme. Another batch of 40 teachers are undergoing the course.
The Permata Kemas programme emphasises the training of its academic staff to improve the quality of education it provides.
Rosmah said it was also important for parents to be more responsive to their children to improve their command of English.
“Some parents just dismiss their children’s questions when they show their inquisitive side. They should realise that communication is vital in honing their children’s language skills.”
