The Thai people have been cheated by the white

Just cannot imagine why the Thai people are kept cheating by the whites, as my earlier post stated. Here is another one:

Qualifications:- University degree- NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER. MUST HAVE A PASSPORT FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: CANADA, USA, UK, AUS, NZ, SOUTH AFRICA.- TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred.- Experience in Thailand and/or experience teaching ESL-Active, enthusiastic, responsible, organized, punctual and patient individuals.-Teachers who are committed to teaching and new experiences.
