The other day, accompanied an old relative to withdraw her EPF for housing loan in Ipoh. It is delighted that this Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) provided with good service.
I did not know other offices of this national agency, however, the Ipoh branch was really impressed me very much from the enviroment to the service of the staff.
Hope other branches would provide the similiar services to the members.
