Can esperanto give more power to the Malays ?

Well, the article is interesting, read:

Colonial educational policy to deny an education in the English medium of instruction as well as to limit the occupations of Malays to that of farmers and fishermen, both acted as constraints against empowerment and upwards social mobility to the modern sector of the economy.

So, cannot blame the Chinese for not giving the chance, the orang putih ( colonist) also discriminate the Malays.

But, it puzzles me as my friend a little annoyed in pointing out:

still taking English language as the tool of success, why not Esperanto ?

Aha, i replied, if only the Esperanto language can be proved to have economy values like English, then more people would hear the word Esperanto.

Well, the report is a doctorate thesis and is in the past, at least we can see what was it.

"Now, it has to be reminded that Malaysia should be using Esperanto to unite Malaysians and empowered all races."

I wish my friend's wish list can be fullfilled. hehehe
