Malaysia should take the initiative to change the act for owning houses. Especially the MPs should come forward to draft the act.
Actually, just add into a few clauses in the housing acts in Malaysia is suffice to make people happy and environment less exploited.
One citizen can own only one house, regardless big or small or inherited from the parents.
Now, Malaysia has 3200 thousands of people. Just build 3200k houses. I believed that now the houses, small or big are more than that amount.
House should be built for living but not as a commodity to buy low sell high sistem.
All the housing commission in the buying and selling should not be more than 3%. This is to discourage the overpriced of housing fee.
