The pandemics of Covid 19 changed the lifestyle of entire world.
Malaysia all of the suddent was thrown into the distance working mode and even now the system maintain. Most government offices are still going online, pay online, apply online,claim online etc.
What the government is going to do with the staff, get them off from the pay role or continue to let them sitting in the office with the mobile phones in hands but doing nothing.
Of course, this system is good that we can save much of the taxpayers money by recruiting less public servants. However, if not properly managed, it would be getting worse off.
Who is going to supervise the government now on new recruitment ?
