It is the management problem.
We have said about it. You can search in our blog, Rapid Penang. The time table application for transportation should be friendly users. However, the PULSE does not provide that despite that we have suggested that the app should be divided into two parts, one which need to log in and the other does not but with limited usage.
PULSE is going to take the financial sector with e-wallet in the app, this would invite more troubles when the app security is not being able to challenge the hackers.
It would be best not to use the PULSE app and now the Rapid Penang app is not functioning well but the company refuse to take it down from Google Play store. Should you make a complain to Google Play store to take it down ?
You can use the Google search page with the aids from Google by keying the search word like :
Rapid Penang Timetable
Rapid KL Timetable
Rapid Kuantan Timetable
You might get the similar information though the app is much better as it does not need to run on much internet. Internet charges in Malaysia is not cheap.
