Here is the best way for the people of Junjong, Junjung to go swimming, the best exercise one can have.
Take bus Rapid Penang 708 to Bukit Mertajam. Change the bus number 707, Rapid Penang to Pangsapuri Desa Wawasan and there is the Kompleks Sukan Seberang Perai at Jalan Batek.
The buses of both routes are not frequently served. You have to know the time table of departure. But the morning session should be the best, the first bus from Junjung to Bukit Mertajam and connect the second bus to swimming pool which leaves at 7.30am.
If you felt it were too troublesome, get your local government to build one half Olympic size swimming pool in Junjung. It is free.
