Expert: 'Disciplining MPs with law can ensure quality debates'

 It mus be a joking statement by the experts. Aren't the MPs educated? Aren't the MPs know what to say what not to say ? 

If there were suffering from mental health problem, they should not be standing for the election as we have suggested that psychological  tests should be conducted by the respective political parties.

If the MPs had no mental health problem, they would know they were representing the political party as well as the people from that constituency. It is therefore, the votes should be informed of the quality of candidates.

Year in and year out, politicians in Malaysia are the circus clowns who are trying to gain attention. They are not debating the public policy, which is bad or good for the people as a whole.

Of course, the habits are formed when they conduct ceramah during the election campaigns. They are trying to make the voters happy. But in actual fact, the voters should know the MPs are the policy makers. They are not circus clowns.
