There were arguments in the Twitter about the maternity leave.
According to the labour act, there is also paternity leave. But it is not fully implemented.
One woman can take maternity leave for five(5) children, thereafter, it is on discretion from the employer.

Oh my gosh, five children. That means it would be 450 days of maternity leave. More than a year pay without work.
Women organisations are fighting something which is not favourite for the progress of nation. Now it should be considered the suggestion after some discussion with the small business people.
The maternity leave should be 6 months for ONLY 2 children. Thereafter, it is depending on the discretion of employers.
It is also similar to 5 children for 90 days,
To solve the problem for the child care, it should be from the education, health sectors. We would come back on this topic next year.
Why we suggest 6 months, 180 days instead of 90 days. Here it is the reason:
*mother and child could have better interaction.
*mother can have longer time to prepare for returning to job.
*world population is on the rise, quality family life is better.
Can you imagine a family of 5 children running around in the house? It is not a God sent or man made item. It is about the mental health issue we should look into.
China implemented one child policy with one year maternity leave.
Now here is thing to ponder.
If the mother were a important figure in the company to make vital decision but she would not be able to come in for 90 days, what it would be to the progress of the company?
You might say the deputy can do the decision. Mind you, the position for the woman would be soon taken over by the deputy, what the mental health pressure again.
Imagine the Prime Minister of a country is out of office for 90 days, what would that country be ?
There is no man can serve two masters. Producing a human is definitely be defined in the internet age. The stop having moment is spreading fast.
It is the national policy to take care of the old people more vital than investing in children to take care of you.
Will the investment be fruitful ?
