Dr M has some mental health problems perhaps, or he is too greedy to please the Eastern Malaysia, Sarawakians and Sabahans, but they need the MA63 as the GE15 has seen the demand.
Will the PM Anwar lead government follow the geographical time zone to turn back the clock for the peninsula, which is later for 30 minutes ?
Getting to school with the correct geographical time is safe and good. Can you imagine you have to get up in the dark early morning? On the other hand, in Sabah and Sarawak are already bright morning.
Why the politicians are not concerning about your safety in the early morning?
There were few cases of molesting in the early morning school hours. If the time zone were used, 7.00 am was already bright.
Would the PM Anwar make the change to let Malaysians living in a secure and save time zone?
What is the problem of announcing the time on Radio or TV? Indonesia has waktu barat dan timur, it is not because Malaysia is big but the space between the east and west is separated by South China and it becomes a vast different in geographical time zone.
Hope so the tenth PM of Malaysia will correct the wrong that Dr M made decades ago.

We have urged the new government in 2018 to change the time back to correct geographical time zone, but it was ignored. It is hope this time the new PM would make life much better for people in peninsula especially the school children do not have walk in the dark.
