The residents in Seberang Perai may not know they are in the third most populous city in Malaysia.

The state government can build half Olympic size swimming in each constituency with the sponsor from international brand swim gear. Of course, the local big company, drink, food can also sponsoring the project with the opportunity to advertise.
The football fields, basketball courts and badminton courts are the most in Seberang Perai.
