We have mentioned times and again, Malaysia needs to implement the empty home tax, in individual state in Malaysia. The revenue from the tax goes to the state government, the federal government would have less burden for helping the state government.

Why the politicians in Malaysia do not know about the empty home tax, it can be named in various way,  Though CAP has used vacancy home tax. but did not act further with the members and supporters to do the petition to implement the empty home tax.

Online petition is much easier to do it, the needs of the houses for the youngsters are greater.

How weak is the NGOs in Malaysia, there is no NGO concerning the housing problems in Malaysia.

Less housing is built, less places are being abused. The Perda Mall In Bukit Mertajam which could converted into the housing place for single person or small family.

The current government which called Pakatan Harapan is too afraid to offend the middle class votes, the rich one owns one which is in millions, but middle class feel so uncertain and using the resources to keep the future days safe but without knowing to force the government to provide the safety net during the fall. The STR and SARA are the examples for the safety net. of course, the universal basic income is better as we have discussed it before, search for it.
