Will BERSAMA dare to touch these two things?

Two things the politicians in Malaysia never have the gut to touch on. These two things involve millions of people.

Compare to corruptions, it would be affecting the government. However, the two things could help the government to gain back millions of ringgit.

One is on the lives of the homosexual community.

The other is on the dead beds of the people.

We have talked about it here about the euthanasia can save millions of ringgit for the country, the highest point of benefits is the pain of the people, the patients and the family.

According to the rainbow community, there are millions of homosexual people in Malaysia are under depression, especially after the raid of SPA. It was never that strong actions during the Najib and the other political era. It seemed that all were living harmoniously along the daily life.

The 377 Penal Code which it nothing good for the people from the British colonisation days, still comfortably sitting in the Malaysia law system.

Here are two articles for you to read:

Repealing of 377 penal code does not equate to same sex marriage law. As you can see anyone in Malaysia, especially the males. can be sabotaged by the outdated act.

If the politicians were involved in the sex scandals, or the 377 Penal Code, the government of the day would have to settle it without using the 377 Penal Code. Of course, the 377 Penal Code must have the accusation party, like the Dr Chua, they brushed away it with the political sabotaged.

It was involved with the opposite sex, thus the 377 Penal Code was not mentioned. However, the true of 377 Penal Code can be applied to anyone, the same sex or with opposite sex.

AI Overview

Yes, Section 377 of the Malaysian Penal Code (particularly Sections 377A and 377B) is widely criticized as a tool that can be—and has been—used for political sabotage, extortion, and targeted harassment. [1, 2, 3]
These sections criminalize "carnal intercourse against the order of nature" (broadly defined as oral and anal sex) and carry severe penalties of up to 20 years in prison and mandatory whipping. [1, 2, 3]
How It Opens the Door to Sabotage
  • Political Extortion: Because the law applies to both homosexual and heterosexual acts, political rivals, business competitors, or bad actors can use it for extortion or to destroy reputations. Allegations can be fabricated, leaked, or used as leverage to silence opposition . [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
  • Selective Enforcement: The subjective nature of the law makes it difficult to investigate objectively without violating personal privacy, which allows enforcement authorities to selectively target specific individuals for political motives. [1, 2]
  • Broad Scope: Advocacy groups, such as the Malaysian Bar, argue that because non-consensual acts (like sexual assault or rape) are already covered under other sections of the law, the continued existence of Sections 377A and 377B exists primarily to criminalize consensual, private behaviors. [1, 2]
Legal experts and human rights organizations have repeatedly called for the repeal of these sections to prevent such legal vulnerabilities and abuses of power. You can read more about the implications of these provisions on human rights via the Human Dignity Trust. [1, 2, 3]
If you're interested in how this law has affected Malaysia's political landscape, I can:

  • Detail the difference between Section 377, 377A, and 377D (Outrages on decency).

Though Malaysian BAR has talked about it in 2009, however, the information is not being widely spread and used as education information for the people of Malaysia.

While in Singapore was the same, however the now Singapore has repealed one part of the code, why Singapore is not repealing the whole code ?

Politicians are kow tao to the religion leaders and the leaders can manipulate the votes. The followers of the religions have no ability to think.
