I was always sick to use the Pudu Bus Interchange. The disorganised and crooks are all around.
Therefore i wish the authority would take some measure to clear out those cheaters at the station to give the people a secure and safe place to wait for the bus and continue to the final destination without any regrets.
Perhaps, many can write like this and certainly this will fall for the deaf ears or blind eyes. how Malaysia can be the advanced country. I would rather not to have a country that is also crime and dishonest advanced too.
Recently, my experince with kbes stung me. For some time, i did not face the problem at all and happy with the company till 21 of May 2006. I was overcharged with the counter ticket seller. In fact, not the young Malay man, but the fat Malay man with the kbes red t shirt told the young man to charge me Rm12 for the trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kampar with Ticket No 1215864.The price printed is Rm 11.60.
These people always feel that they have the upper hands and the ignorance will suffer quitely. i did not argue with the counter as it was a mere 40 sen and this is a case to show how the honesty practise in the country.
I am not here to smear the company but just merely to tell that if this practice does not check immediately, more of this will go to foreign travellers.
Besides, the transnational staff were not friendly too as many years i had stopped using the service. I rather use the KTM, though slow, i am treated friendly.
Remember that some time back, a lady staff at the counter did not change me 5 sen, when i asked for the 5 sen, she said,
" Tak ada duit kecil."
" I have 5 sen. You give me ten sen."
'Ala, 5 sen pun nak kira."
I had no way to turn to as the internet was not popular at that time. Just imagine, 5 sen for 100 tickets issued. How much would that cost ??
For the two companies that i honnoured lots. i wish they don't pay peanut to their staff and if they do, they will get monkeys.
Take a look of the kbes site, is it a small timer ?
