Will the Malaysian Chinese have the guts to change ?

After almost half a century that we, all Malaysians are playing the game that left by the former colonial, using the racial to separate the people living on the same piece of land. Though the British did not use th apartheid system in Malaysia. How far did it from the South Africa ?

Well, I respect the new leadership of MCA very much. They have the talents and have the guts to change the system in the party. Of course, these changes still tailor to consolidate the leadership position but not for the Malaysians, please read, I used the word MALAYSIANS.

Despite the MCA and other racial based parties had played a role in the process of independence, in the era of knowledge and information, where will Malaysia will be heading if the country's wealth is based on the ratio of the people but not on meritocracy.

I did not know why Dr Lim Chong Yew left the MCA but I certainly support his idea of multi-racial party--GERAKAN. Please do not mistake that I am the Gerakan member, I did not join any political parties besides my professional associations.

Why in the new era, seeing so many improper and unfair as well as unjust treatment, Malaysians still thinking of tolerance to accept the policy written during the British days.If you call yourself a Malaysian, I strongly believe that you like to see Malaysia advance. We don't have to wait till 2020.

If Malaysia is manage as a private company like the KFC, I believe the Manager, Pak Lah will not treat his staff dividing in the ratio of DNA.Therefore, now, the question is that can we manage a country like managing a company ? If your answer is NO, it is certainly that you have not read the Memoirs of Lee Kuan Yew.

Fair, Impartial and Democracy are very important for a company or a country to progress. Only the most talented people contribute to the best interest of the people. Look at the new leadership of MCA, most of them are graduates locally or overseas, they think better and can propose better plans compared to the time of Lee San Choon.

Having said much, I think I should come to the point for many, not all to think where we, MALAYSIANS are heading to the next decade.Fifty years are not long but neither short for us to realise what we are fighting for, the survival skills in the globalisation.

Here I would like to put forward for all the Malaysians not only MCA members or the Malaysian Chinese.

1. Dissolve the racial political parties and form a multiracial parties like the Gerakan.

2. MCA leadership take up the challenge dissove the MCA and let the members decide where they like to go to contribute to the countries and people. There are many non racial based political parties around the land.

3. If MCA leadership have that guts to do it just as amend the term of Presidency. I strongly believe that the new leaderships can foresee the next half century if they are not the suckers of the democracy who hold the MCA as a place to prosper.

I did not call the MIC to think about this as MIC leadership needs someone to show the robe.If MCA can do it and I strongly believe that many racial based political parties in Malaysia will consider a new dimension and providing a new sight of politics in Malaysia, my beloved country.

We read many ideas from the current leaders however, it is merely to keep the journalists busy but the implementation will not be success because it is mostly racial based projects. As time goes by, Malaysians become very selfish and thus we earn the bottom third of impolite cities in the world.

The political policy leads to the attitudes of the people as well as the thinking process. Great plans are not on the paper, it should be seen in actions.

It is easy said than done. I know, but I have fate on the MCA new leadership to create history for the good of our country that we are not divided by race but love as one nation.
