It is very frustrated that why the two companies cannot go prepaid of the billing.These giants are such outdated when so many things are going automatic with prepaid like Touch and Go sustem in buses, tolls etc.
There was experiment in Shah Alam of the prepaid and no further development reported.
These two companies provide low services and if with the prepaid, they could cut the cost of the labout and provide better facilities.
