When can this problem be ended ? How are we going to send more can-or-not to the space ?

THE QUALITY OF OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM, A REVEAL.

I am a senior teacher who served and am still actively serving young Malaysians, here, in one of the secondary school in Kedah. My experience as a teacher for nearly 20 years thought me values of right and wrong, of how we, educators, should be a good example to the students that they might grow up to be competence Malaysians. I had experience of being under the supervision of Jabatan Pelajaran Selangor and with the wisdoms that I gained there, it is apt for me to make my judgement; Jabatan Pelajaran Kedah is currently going through an alarming degradation in quality due to the deteriorating ethoes of some teachers with the privilege of having connections with high-ranking officers.
These teachers and the officers practicing unjust dont seem to learn from history. It's been 50 glorious years of our nation's independance and without Singapore. The reason for the 'separation' which must be done can be coined into a term; Meritocracy. Meritocracy promotes developments, as we look to the bright side of it. When wholistically analyzed, it is clear that the founding of Meritocracy is on the basis of more crucial issue; the needs and rights of a commune or in other words; pro-collectivism. It is based on the property of belief that for a community to prosper, it is to develop and 'mobilize' itself and for this to happen and to not give way to descrimination which in the long run; paralyzes the 'mobility' of the community, the concept similar to the Légion d'honneur must apply in stratification and this is what the virtue of the leadership of this country is trying to do.
Sadly, it is contradictory here. The selections of teachers for various promotions are not based on merit but on favouritism. This shocking reveal is not just an everyday rumour but an objective reality which is self-evident considering the fact not being made discernable to the lot that the quality of primary and secondary education in this state is 'two doors from the edge'. Thanks to the ongoing exercise of this 'brilliant' method, we now have teachers at higher ranks who at worst; cannot do their job or just know how to plan the work but not to work the plan. This is indeed; infidelity. At the school that i'm working, the rat-race between teachers is not in improving their service but in getting themselve promoted. They 'auction' the education system. So we have classes without teacher, lots of disciplinary problems and worst; the stratification within the school which deliberately forsake senior teachers despite their competence and years of experience. I was at the beginning, inspired to change this and I went as far as discussing the matter with officers at Jabatan Pelajaran Kedah but with little success due to the bad co-operation on their part. It was then that I realized that I am not the only one envisaging or 'envisaged' an improved education environment within this state. But then again, it is out of 'our' sphere of influence for this dismal practice is till 'way up'. So this goes on being stashed.
It is with hopes and fears that I would like to call out to Kementerian Pelajaran and the concern parents not just in Kedah but throughout the country to thoroughly investigate this 'pandemic' and upon being convinced of the truth of what I hereby declare; act with our all for that's the least we can do for the future generation; to give them proper education. Let it not be that our children blame us in the future for our negligence.
I fear that if this problem is forever unattended, it might widespread.
