Quality vs quality

I got this from malaysiakini :

Chinese nationals comprised the most number of 13,977
people from 107 countries signed up for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)
programme since it was introduced seven years ago.

It shows nothing surprise to me. Where would on earth, even in the sea, perhaps, there Chinese nationals would not top the list if there is no quota allowed.

For the government of Malaysia, my sincere request is go for the quality but not quantity for the applicants. We have all the experince when bringing all the low quality foreigner workers. They have changed the local culture instead. For example, we used to quene to buy things and go up the bus. But now,it is not anymore.

Chinese with money are a lot. But quality is one of the problems. They spit and talk very loud in all places.

Don't blame the eyes, the official, the land of Malaysia is more for Malaysians and not money coated foreigers. i am not anti any nationals, but just like to say quality is better than quatity.

If we strictly enforced, the beggars from China would also top the list.

What say you ?
