World ranking universities result, how true it can reflect??

Well, looking at the Time Higher Education World University Ranking, though it has used the different method this year, however, it may not reflect the total of the quality.

This kind of ranking is almost you have the money, you put more advertisement and you can get more publicity but the quality is a question.

A friend said, his univerisity in Australia is never taking part in this sort of survey. The university only takes part in the Australian survey.

Now, 2010 world university ranking see Cambridge and Oxford down to 6 place.
