Huh, finally some search i saw the problem.
Other countries, the flag of the nation is at the upper most but Malaysia is below the name tag and this show the respect of Malaysian scout to the country.
Not bad lor, still have someone to realise the bad things going on. No wonder Malaysia cannot be respected la.
Whose should be responsible for this ?
Hope when Pakatan is in power, the change is also on scout and let the King scout wear the uniform happily.
