The PAGE never die wanting to teach Maths and Science in English. Can anyone tell me that the PAGE committee members are not from the middle class or upper class ?

Of certainly Tapang cannot help her/his country for not teaching Maths and Science in English as English is the first language in the Philippines. Well, is the Philippines sending the spaceship like China ? Well, the Philippines is using English. How, brothers ?
The education department also believes that teaching in the local language will encourage children to stay in school rather than drop out, which is a big problem in the Philippines, where only 14 out of every 100 children who enrol in grade 1 will graduate with a college degree.

Well, good saying but he/she is just putting on paper. Sigh
I would say, with PAGE around, Malaysia will not progress fast at all. It is just only a handful of the rich to benefit and come back to control the poor.
