The government won't care, the newspaper would not care, who else to care ?
The Esperanto language is there to be seen, even the British is preparing for the returning of the Babel for the English ( not going to attach the Dr Nicholas Ostler work here again, who cares.)
The Chinese cannot read well English books, the Malays cannot read well of the English book, perhaps, Dr Ostler's work. The other races in Malaysia too cannot read the English book.
Who can read it ? The elites and the upper class.
