It is about the dignity of a person. How would these children be in the future.
In fact, this can be avoided with the forgo the learning of English as a compulsory act in the ministry of education. Did the ministry get the consensus of the people to make English language a compulsory subject ?
Shouldn't it be the choice of the people and the interest of the children to select the second language besides the mother tongue.
Now this has blown up as the racial discrimination.

SUNGKAI: The two primary school pupils, who had bells hung around their necks and allegedly forced to eat grass for failing to complete their homework, returned to school yesterday.
