How to achieve better Malaysia?

1. Change the housing ACT
All Malaysians, rich or poor, only can own a house, big or small. House is built for staying not for money earning. Get the survey, how many houses are available now in the country, each state.
The basic needs of human beings are shelter, food and air. With less land clearing, the air quality is good, you need not have to go to hospital often. Even rich people cannot avoid getting the terminal ill diseases, if they knew this, they would love to have better quality air. The country can save tons of money in medical bills.

2. Change the education ACT
Get English out of the compulsory learning subject.
Patricia RYAN is a British and also an English language teacher for decades. Why she called for abolishing the compulasary of learning English language. Japan does not make English as a compulasry language like Malaysia, but the country has won 20 times of Nobel Science prizes but USA on the other hand ,use English language, with the help from migrants, only get 10 times. Go to the Nobel Prize official website and count the winners.
English language in Malaysia is only good for the rich but not for the poor. Even the rich could not command good English language. Each and everyone of us has the liking of the other languages.
Make a survey the nation wide, to let the pupils choose their own foreign language.
In face, Malaysia should adopt the foreign language policy but not the second language policy left by the British colonial master.
You can find the mistakes in the talk between the two famous people, Harith and the son of ex prime minister, Tun Razak. It is not to shame the two, even native speakers of English could make error. Why not Malaysians use Bahasa Malaysia ?
The extremists always blame Chinese Malaysians could speak good Bahasa Malaysia, as you could witness in the parliament session. If Malaysia forgoes English as the second language, all Malaysians speak good Bahasa Malaysia plus their own mother tongues.
3. Make Esperanto as the second language.
Esperanto was recommended by UNESCO and UNWTO to be the international language. But alas, many governments did not respect the resolutions, yes, resolutions, two resolutions, once for the governments and other is for the NGOs, which is still able to download from UNESCO official website.
Of course, many NGOs ignored it. WHY?
UNESCO recommended Esperanto all member countries was to reduce the cost of teaching English as a second language. In fact, Esperanto was voted to be the former United Nations,official language but was rejected by French delegate by veto. It was 10 votes of support and none, if there was, reject, was from France.
The France government afraid of losing its French in the world position as then, France still had many colonies. But the politicians could see the change that English took over the world language power of French, even France has to teach English.
Greed would not bring one to too far away.
Besides, the French Chamber of Commerce, did a research on Esperanto and found that Esperanto was the best business language.

Making Esperanto as the second language can Malaysia billions of ringgit/ Let us how Esperanto helps to save the cost of foreign language learning, the aim of UNESCO.
75,000 teachers of English in Malaysia, let say, the salary on average, of course more is RM 2,000 per month, 75,000 x RM2,000 =1,500,000,000 ringgit per month
Teaching Esperanto needs only 8,000 teachers, 8,000 x RM 2,000 = 16,000,000.

This amount of money could be used to develop the hospital, schools,roads, infrastructure etc.
Take 14,984,000,000 x 12 months, as a business people of both people, they should know how much Malaysia can save and how rich Malaysia will be.
Beside, Esperanto could help dyslexia and autism children. More researches are needed to be done.
Look another British also called to teach Esperanto first and his research result was shown in his TED Talk.
On the whole, Malaysia will not have illiterates, this is the aim of UNESCO to eradicate the illiterates in the world. Even the children leave schools after primary 6. they could have a good command of Esperanto international language to continue their activities like writing novels, songs etc.
4. Banned all the racial based and religion based political parties.
The poison from the British colonial time, created UMNO, MCA and MIC should be returned to be the cultural centers of their respective tribes. Najib is a Bugis, create a Bugis society to know better of your cultures and language but not to be hijacked by Dr Mahathir to be Malay.
5. Legalised same sex marriage
Do not like to talk about the religions, some people said that neither Bible nor Quran said same sex marriage is illegal. Buddhism is not a religion, Buddhism does not discriminate homosexuals. Only the bad monks said homosexual is a sin. Even Sadhguru did not discriminate homosexual.

Homosexual has long history recorded in many communities.
Looking at the environmental issues and of late the pandemic of Covid19, the earth is over-populated and homosexual is the nature solution to the over population.
6. Build more swimming pools
Swimming is the best form of physical exercise, most rich people would like to have condo with swimming pool. Why ? Search online, the benefits of swimming, you could see all the researches.
Don't have to build a Olympics size swimming pool, half Olympic size, that is 25 m by 15 m. Get all the district office to identify the place, and this would produce more swimming medals in Olympics games.
The important fact, the people are healthier, less medicines are needed. Happy family is achieved.
7. Free local transport for senior citizens
Encourage senior citizens to go out to meet their friends and touring on the bus ride. When the senior citizens get up and down of the bus, it is a form of physical exercise. This is partly to have better health. Of course, not too many seniors are active when they are old. At least, we could provide the concept for the walking on foot and meeting friends. This would also provide the local coffee stall some business as they would meet in the coffee shop.

Of course, more to be suggested but if the main ones as the above could be implement, that would be good for the country half the way through to prosperity.
