Why blame USA ?
Take a look into your own education system.
If India could stop teaching English, the Indians would not go to USA for further studies. The top American universities would collapse with low quality products.
It is similar to Malaysia, stop teaching English.
If all countries in the world could stop teaching English, USA and Britain of course, Australia would have economy problem.
Come on, don't blame USA, blame your leaders in your country.
