Empty home tax in Malaysia

Malaysia should begin the empty home tax system.

Too many rich people; local people and foreigners are abusing the rules in Malaysia to hike up the housing prices.

It should be tax on those empty houses like the Canada did.

It should not base on yearly, it should be based on half a year. The tax rate should be 5% of the property value.

By doing so, would deter the rich for over purchasing , the housing developers would put a halt.

Penang state has too many empty houses. Do it Penang government.
