They can be cleaners for the parks, once a week. They can help the old folk homes too. By giving free pass, they do not incur more economy burden instead return the benefits to Penang state.
4. Discouraging driving cars by senior citizens with free pass. The residents in Penang is much richer than other places perhaps, as observed, many senior citizens still drive cars though they have vision and concentration problem. Of course, the Rapid Penang needs to come out with better serving route with mini bus, is in Penang Island now, how the effect is not yet known. Hope it would be a good result.One car less on the road, it would have less traffic jam and the carbon effect. Senior citizens should be taught of carbon fuel environment issues.
