Can Rapid Penang administration be a little more creative?

Of course, we do not ask for the facility like the picture above. It is a burden to the Rapid Penang.

However, what we like to talk about is the losing of Mutiara Card.

The administration of Rapid Penang is taking the Mutiara Card, a passenger travelling pass, as the national security issue. Losing the Mutiara Card is similar to losing the Identification card of Malaysia, normally called MyKad. The users must go to the police station to make report. They do not fully explore using the modern technology, computer system.

But Rapid Penang is preferring to burden the police station, the police personnel instead of using the computer system to track or withhold the usage of account.

Now, look, you can just halt the usage of the card for 3 months pending for investigation. Some said that the card is transferable to other people. This would have to have the official response from Rapid Penang company.

Here is the suggestion for not burdening the police man or woman.

* stop the account holder for using the card for 3 months, s/he uses the cash when using the bus service.

* since it is computerised, the next cycle of renewal, could be traced for having two cards, one is transferred to other user. One user has one account, any additional account should be able to identify immediately when keying in the information.

The simple and punishable system is easy to think of  but Rapid Penang as if using the name of police to scare off the users. Malaysians do not like to go to police station, of course, why go to police station when one is not seeking help.

Now, can you see how the big company, they have little creative people in it.

Just wondering how big the data of losing of Rapid Penang Mutiara Card? Anyone care to share?
