Malaysians complain lots and lots on housing but they do not know how to pressure the politicians, especially the members of parliament who have the rights to make rules and act.
Look here, Pahang itself has vacant houses 1.9 millions. Can you imagine there are more than one million families could not have a house of their own?
Now the houses are vacant to collect mosquitoes and insects. Inefficiency of management fails the people.
As we have said many times before, the housing ministry, of course, the MPs should come to change the housing policy as below :
One citizen is allowed to own a house regardless of size.
Besides, the government should also introduce empty house tax. Now how much taxes in Pahang can be collected if the politicians are wise ?
