All bus drivers in Rapid should go for mental health check

 


Many companies in Malaysia do not care about company image.

It can be the logo or the personnel touch especially in the service industry. 

Bus is one of the service industry, there are more aspects because it involves from the telephone enquiry  complaints to the daily directly involving with customers, bus drivers. Prasarana company should from now on, change the system when the management recruit new staff.

Here is to mention mainly on bus driver as the complaints are the most. 

The complaints are mainly on :

* the manner of bus driver, rude

* verbal abuse 

* racial discrimination 

To avoid having staff who would let down the company, the staff should go for psychological test, mental health check. At the same time, providing education information to the users.

Just blaming Rapid staff is of no use. It should be both ways, the users and the drivers should be able to understand one another problem. What are the etiquette ?

We understand the drivers are under pressures. However, the drivers should be more patience than other people. Here comes the salary, to get the right person in the company, the company gains more profits.
