The real problem for the governments in the world is, it is difficult to catch the drug producers even with the highest number of cameras on the streets in China,it is still hard to arrest the drug producers, might be some smugglers.
Though the short documentary film by Al Jazeera, 101 East, Inside Singapore's deadly war on drugs, did not explore further the cause of the drug smuggling, merely touching on the poverty causes the smugglers or users of heroin.
