Right, many people know the fact of high cost of house but none dare to do a petition to Members of Parliament to moot a act, that is to curb the over buying of houses by the middle class.

Can you imagine that the house is built for the bird to live. These birds should be live in the jungle, especially in the cave like Gua Niah, in Sarawak.
We can't find the data of how many houses are being built in Malaysia thus far only can get the data of empty houses from year to year. If the government taxed these empty houses, or empty home, there would be a large amount of income for the government.
Do a petition to get empty home tax passed in Malaysia beside the petition to change the housing act for Malaysians, one citizen can only own one house, regardless of the sizes.
