Housing act can save more green spaces

We have talk much about the housing for Malaysians.

But until now, we see no NGOs take up the action to push for the changing the housing act, especially the environment groups.

The environment groups please look and think,

With the housing act, one citizen in Malaysia can only own one house, regardless of the sizes, there are more spaces for the green. Just wondering that how many environmentalists travelling in Malaysia are living in the rural areas and see the land is being sold for development.

Right, don't be a fool to just present the data of the climate change, all these are useless. Until now, we see none of the countries in the world pass the housing act as we mentioned about.

Why ?

Are the housing not a problem in the world?

Politicians only talk cock and bull story. But never look into the spaces needed to build more houses.

Canada has passed the empty home tax and refused the foreigners to buy up the houses. Other countries seem not able to do so. Why?
