Keretapa Tanah Melayu (KTM) should seriously consider how to provide better service and gain more profit.
During the non peak time, that is after 10 am till lunch time, komuter and ETS has less passengers, expecially the komuter from various part, Butterworth to Padang Besar and Ipoh , vice versa, can take the courier service for small parcels. The staff of KTM at some stations can unload the parcels quickly like in Taiping station.
Weekends and Sunday would have more passengers, thus,it would be fully for the passengers.
Don't ignore the small amount of income for KTM, but four trips from Ipoh to Butterworth and vice versa can get more than a thousand ringgit a day for KTM.
Of course, the service and the name of KTM will be again in the mouth of people.
