Why Malaysians are so afraid of Euthanasia?

The opposition comes mainly from religion leaders.

If you went to do a survey, most of the patients wanted euthanasia. Only religion leaders especially, Christianity and Islam, strongly oppose to the idea. Just wondering, these people have not seen the suffering of their followers suffering, using prayers for mental health healing. What a stupid act.

Only when these leaders get the terminal illness and do not have anyone to look after them, they know how life sufferings. Unfortunately, these leaders are well taken care of.

These leaders are also opposing same sex marriage and in fact, many of them are homosexual. Of course, most of them are bisexuals.

The medicine companies love to have euthanasia law banned because they can sell more products but the people are suffering. The religion organisations come out with all kinds of caring devies and methods but never look at the suffering one has. Do a survey and come back to tell us about the wishes of patients.

Even old people, who are more than 75 years, should be allowed to go to end their life. We wrote about a post on this based on the Japanese film. It carried a strong message for us.

End the suffering and allow euthanasia in Malaysia.

Goodall advocated for the legalisation of voluntary euthanasia, being a member of assisted dying advocacy group Exit International for over twenty years.[28] His death in 2018, at the age of 104, was an assisted suicide.[30]
