Why the taxpayers money are abused for reviving the abandoning projects.
Certainly, the problem can be solved just by passing one housing act. That is much easier for the people and the government servants who are involving in the financial account.
As we have said times and again, pass the housing act, one citizen of Malaysia is allowed to own one house, regardless of the size, big or small.
Beside, now, the government can implement the empty house tax like Canada, Japan and soon Taiwan.
Go to the lelong site of the housing project, you can see the amount of the houses build and no one going to stay for a long time.
Do a petition to change the housing act.
Are these politicians and ministers sleeping all the time ?
