Mental health test before employing the staff in Malaysia

 


We have suggested that all candidates who were sent by the political parties for the contest whether on parliamentary or state assembly seats should have done the psychology test internally before signing the nomination papers.

The fast food restaurant incident, Type C, came to our critical thinking that companies should also conduct racism test before employing the staff. 

It would be best to do the mental health test and before opening the door for work.


 

We do not blame the staff who posted the comment using the Type C, as he or she might have been intoxicated by the religion leaders and politicians daily.  To avoid the similar case happening again, the Human Resource Department should be doing this:

a. mental health test

b. racism test

c. gender discrimination test

 Local fast food restaurant Darsa Fried Chicken has apologised for a comment on social media, which courted brickbats from internet users who accused it of playing the racial card.

This could be avoided if the politicians are tested before sending to the fields. Now the next General Election or by elections soon here and there, all candidates should be declaring four items:

 * wealth

* health ( jangan mati setengah jalan,kemalangan itu lain)

* mental health result

* racism test result

Malaysia by then could have a peaceful day.
