All the racial based political parties should be dissolved.
Dissolve UMNO and use the facilities to promote the Jawa,Sunda, Batak,Minangkabau etc cultures in Malaysia. Those descendants of the tribes can also learn their mother tongue instead of Melayu.
Would the members of UMNO, MCA, MIC dare to do so?
They would not be so as money pouring into their own pockets are endless.
Voters in Malaysia should realise this and punish them in the coming GE 16

No doubt we have produced more Malay graduates now but the quality is lacking in the majority.
Of course when NEP started, the idea was to create more wealth among the masses but the most important message was not passed on -
that the NMs' income was almost double was that they worked doubly or even 3x harder and longer for their success.
So the NEP has failed as it did not apply any tough medicine to upgrade the character; just doling out handouts.
Now it's almost impossible to shut down the policies but those Malays who are sending their kids to Chinese schools are ensuring the future for their children.
Children need tough love to succeed....
