No smart phone but dumb phone for under 16 years old in Malaysia

It is how to lead the youngsters to the future days.

We do not want to put the AI info here yet but just want to discuss the changes both, parents and children have to do.

Parents: 

Take more time to be with children.

Self improvement with the children.

Children:

Participate in more sports activities

Reading for doing more projects.

Besides this, the society should come forward to help the under 16 to learn something like drama, singing, art work, cooking sports etc

The school curriculum cannot provide all of these, thus, the clubs, society can help out.

Parents always take schools as the nurseries for them during the work time. 

The system of work should be changed. We have discussed that before, here is another short discussion.

For teachers, mothers are allowed to take the no pay leave until the child or children are going to the primary schools. In short, there is no need of house maids. 

For nurses, it should be the same. Other sectors could think about it. 

Here comes to the point that, not big numbers of children in each home for working mothers. Why father not coming in. It would be possible the father in the same profession like teacher or nurse, the father can take a three years of no pay leave to stay home with children. The mother would return to school.

During the break from the work, the pay is not counted in the salary grade, for example, the teacher begins leave at Grade 60, when she or he returns to work, continue at Grade 60. 

It is not a lose it is the gain to build the better talents for the country but not only for the family. 

You can't have all the best in one hand, you can only hold only thus much. Either lose the income and have happy family or have the money and have the problem children as well.

Here is also to urge the homosexual in Malaysia do not get married though religion leaders or parents are pressing for it. It would be good to go for a change here :
