How taxpayers' money is wasted in Malaysia legal system

 

This is how the government is wasting the taxpayers' money.

Who is the one order for the arrest? 

Are the police chief study the law and constitution law? 

The raid on the so called gay spa is not in the procedure of the legal action. If the operators took the legal actions, taxpayers money would be again be wasted. 

195,000 ringgit is not a small sum of money. 

You can collect the data for ten year period of the wrongfully arrested and rewarded by the courts for the wrong doing. 

Certainly, the government is using the police to threaten the people, but now is internet age. We can easily search the info even using the mobile phones.

The High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (July 28) ordered the government and the police to pay a total of RM195,000 in damages to 13 activists for their wrongful arrest during a candlelight vigil held at Dataran Merdeka in 2021, amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Judge Datuk Anand Ponnudurai awarded each plaintiff RM15,000 in general damages.
