It is up to the residents of Penang, of course, we hope from other states too, to realise how to go about having better health via swimming.
Just search our blog, swimming, you can see many articles about health, like asthma, heart etc. We need more researches for us.
The final part we are talking about management as you know many would ask, how to manage the swimming pool. It would cost lots of money, like water bill, electricity bill and workers.
Here we like to suggest, in fact have suggested, and is a repeat of how to manage the swimming via technology and community assistance.
1. Three types of water
a. pool water - the pool water is recycled, thus not much water is needed.
b. toilet and cleaning water. This can use the rain water, harvest the rain water.
c. bathing water. As it is open shower system, and there are so many swimming pools, one might just beside your house, do you need to bath and go home? Some people do not like to do open shower bathing, thus, they might go home to bath comfortably at home.
2. Ticketing --have seen the bus using the touch, e-wallet etc selling tickets? Have seen the vending machine selling the drinks ? There are tons of them in different ways.
There are many commercial firms producing such machine but if you were interested to do your own ticketing machine with your own token like the self-laundry shops in Malaysia, here you could try it.
Now the question, do you need a ticket seller at the entrance gate?
3. Electricity bill as in our previous article has pointed out the roof of the parking lots are covered with solar panels. How much electricity do you require?
Malaysia has sunshine all year round, thus, there is no such problem of winters.
4- Employment of workers --There are many good hearted retired persons around. The don't talk about how much to live on. Therefore, priority to recruit the retired persons to work with under the conditional, voluntary or allowance. The retirees are very health in the 21st century.
The final part is how to gain more income for future repair expenses. Right, as we have said in the earlier post, seeking advertisements from local and international companies, you might not need a cent to build your community swimming pools. Search the YouTube to see competition using the product name, like Milo Cup swimming competition. Here is one of it for short course, 25 meters, and your 25 meter swimming can also organise swimming age group competition from 5 years old to 100 years old category, it depends on how creative you are, just as our title , if... unfinished sentence because it is heart broken that the creative people are not employ in the government sectors or refuse to work with government.
