Govt to allow EPF funds used as collateral to take bank loans

Many comments about the EPF and bank loans.

We support the decision of PM 10 of Malaysia.

As we have said before, if a person could not manage his/her life well, no matter how the support he/she received, still would not help him/her learn something good.

Pandemic of Covid19 has gone for few years, these few years should have some ups and downs in life of many people. How to look and predict the future.

As Rafizi once said, endless subsidy would not be able to help the people get out of the poverty. It is how one manage the life and situation that matters more.

That is the price to pay for the interest from bank if they want to get the bank loan.

Comments said it was their money but here to remind them, it is not their money but a portion is from the employer unless he/she is self employed. Besides, the interest from EPF is a part of the money grows.

As we have suggested that pension scheme kills the talents. Here we could see that non pension scheme is not good at manage life. Here should be asked the question WHY.

We see no bad thing for those insist of getting the money out from EPF to get the bank loan and feed the bank with more interests. Home economy should be conducted in the community hall.

Of course, the major problem, housing should be quickly solved by passing the housing act, one Malaysia citizen should be allowed to buy only ONE house. This would reduce the burden of housing loan. Now the government should investigate that how many of the EPF contributors are withdrawing the money to pay for the housing loans.
